Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) in Lincoln, NE is hiring a QA Sr Specialist to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components, and operations. The role enforces ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, and AS9100 standards through audits and systematic reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience or Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tooling such as Power BI

Responsibilities

• Prepares and implements quality assurance policies, procedures & review cycles
• Manages internal audit program; internal & customer required audit schedules, leads audits, and creates audit reports
• Evaluates audit findings and aids in the implementation of appropriate corrective actions
• Maintains and improves Quality Management System and generate reports as needed
• Creates, updates & leads Quality training as needed
• May administer the material review boards & database
• May also lead or support various projects as assigned
