Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, quality systems, and CAPA management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor day-shift managers and teams to ensure high performance.
• Uphold quality standards through cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
• Develop training programs to enhance technical skills of day-shift staff.
• Provide QA on-the-floor oversight and manage deviations, CAPAs, and batch records.
• Support audits and represent QA in leadership and project teams.
