Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM; Associates with equivalent considered.
• 3–4 years of GxP experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or cell therapy).
• Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems (MES, SAP, Deviation Management, BMSDocs).

Responsibilities

• Real-time review of executed batch records to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Observe manufacturing operations to identify departures from clean room, aseptic techniques and cGMP practices.
