Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Senior Specialist, QA Shop Floor to oversee quality across manufacturing, QC, and warehouse operations at our Summit West, NJ site. The role ensures adherence to approved procedures and fast, accurate issue resolution while maintaining GMP standards.

You will participate in audits, lead cross-functional meetings, and mentor QA personnel. Relevant cGMP experience and strong documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience applying cGMP and regulatory guidelines in biopharma.
• Ability to interpret data and present technical results clearly.
• Demonstrated experience with quality systems and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor QA oversight for manufacturing, QC, and warehouse operations.
• Identify deviations, document issues, and escalate when needed.
• Review records for compliance and approve deviations as applicable.
• Lead area walkthroughs and drive remediation plans with cross-functional teams.
• May serve as QA SME for risk assessments and change controls.
