Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in heavy construction.
• AWS CWI Certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety is preferred but can be substituted by experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and coaches staff; interprets performance and provides feedback.
• Leads and coordinates the daily activities of the project team.
• Develops and implements the QMS for construction, execution, inspection of documentation, and operations activities.
• Oversees QA/QC inspections including subcontractors; ensures adherence to codes and standards.
• Develops testing plans and manages defect and change management processes.
