Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a QA/QC Manager (Site Quality Manager) in Alpharetta, GA to lead quality assurance and control on heavy construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ASME Boilers, Pressure Vessels, and Welding Procedures, plus AWS CWI certification and NBIC/ NBIC codes knowledge.

This is a direct hire, full-time role with opportunities for leadership and ongoing quality

Qualifications

• Certification in architectural, structural, construction or engineering technology with a minimum of 15+ years of experience in heavy construction.
• American Welding Society (AWS) CWI Certificate.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
• A bachelor's degree in occupational safety is preferred but will consider years of experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and coaches staff; interprets performance and provides feedback.
• Leads and coordinates the daily activities of the project team.
• Interprets and applies a strong understanding of key indicators to make effective business decisions.
• Promotes, trains, and ensures adherence to the QMS and applicable Codes and Standards.
