Job summary

Fortis Construction seeks a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality across our Data Center projects. You will design and manage QA/QC programs, administer the quality platform, and ensure compliance with Fortis, client, and industry standards.

This role requires communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. You will mentor engineers and supervisors, monitor audits, and oversee documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction QA/QC experience.
• 5+ years in QA/QC management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Familiar with ASTM, ANSI, APWA, ACI procedures.
• Excellent organization and meticulous QC documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project quality control program for CSA scopes.
• Administer QA/QC platform, checklists, inspections, and reports.
• Oversee audits, site activities, training, and compliance.
• Identify improvements, track metrics, and reduce defects.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers/Managers/Superintendents.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on quality goals.
• Maintain inspection and reporting processes and site documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships by demonstrating Fortis quality commitment.
• Perform additional duties to achieve team objectives.
