Responsibilities
Execute the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
Perform inspections and observations of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
Verify contractor QA/QC testing, reporting, and compliance with specifications.
Issue, track, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and RFIs.
Review and manage drawing revisions, redlines, and as built documentation.
Maintain quality logs, inspection records, and final QA documentation.
Support acceptance walkdowns, punch lists, and final handover documentation.
Coordinate with site management and contractors to resolve quality issues.
