Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
• Perform inspections and observations of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Verify contractor QA/QC testing, reporting, and compliance with specifications.
• Issue, track, and close Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and RFIs.
• Review and manage drawing revisions, redlines, and as built documentation.
• Maintain quality logs, inspection records, and final QA documentation.
• Support acceptance walkdowns, punch lists, and final handover documentation.
• Coordinate with site management and contractors to resolve quality issues.
