As a fast growing general contractors in the mission-critical space, we're expanding our QA/QC and Commissioning team in Ashburn, VA, the epicenter of the world's data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have data center experience and US Work Authorization.

We're looking for a QA/QC & Commissioning Manager with boots-on-the-ground experience in large-scale construction-someone who understands the pace, precision, and pressure of delivering high-performance mission critical facilities on time and to spec.

What You'll Do

• Lead QA/QC and Commissioning efforts across major data center builds, ensuring compliance with client specs, industry standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to drive quality from the ground up-across electrical, mechanical, and structural scopes.
• Implement and refine QA/QC processes that keep us ahead of schedule and under budget without compromising safety or performance.
• Support turnover and closeout with airtight documentation and testing protocols that ensure a seamless handoff to operations.
  
  

What You Bring

• Field-tested experience in QA/QC or Commissioning on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred).
• A background in with General Contractors or MEP Subcontractors, ideally with time spent in the field as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Field Engineer - working your way up through the different field positions.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and commissioning workflows.
• A mindset that's adaptable, proactive, and solutions-driven-you thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid of a challenging and pressure driven environment.
