Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of cGMP experience and strong leadership skills. Additional responsibilities include coaching staff, evaluating procedures, and proactively addressing quality challenges to support production and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant cGMP experience, with 5+ years in QA operations.
• Experience working in FDA/EMA regulations in biopharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site quality operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Operations Quality oversight.
• Respond to complex issues impacting manufacturing.
