Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager of CMC - Quality Assurance in Indianapolis. This role will lead Quality strategies for the manufacturing and development of radiopharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in biologics and strong problem-solving skills necessary to manage Quality inputs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in biologics/sterile development or operations.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems for pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge in creating best practices for Quality relevant to drug development.

• Collaborate with teams to manage Quality input from development to marketing.
• Review and approve analytical method lifecycle documents.
