Job summary

A-dec is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to protect its reputation for high-quality dental equipment. You will lead QA Specialists and Engineers to drive QMS improvements, ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and other standards, and balance quality with productivity across the organization.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and hands-on quality analytics to deliver scalable quality systems and process enhancements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in Quality or related field with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Generally ASQ certification required.
• Experience with ISO, FDA audits and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to support enterprise quality management for product and process quality.
• Coach and develop QA Specialists and Engineers; set expectations and manage performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive quality improvements and data analytics to inform decisions.
• Oversee and improve A-dec’s Quality Management System (QMS); participate in audits (ISO, FDA, etc.).
• Develop metrics to track quality and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; promote quality culture.
