Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading QA teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor QA engineers and automation testers, providing direction and performance feedback.
• Ensure QA practices meet FDA security, governance, and data-protection requirements.
• Develop and maintain test plans, RTMs, and release readiness criteria for multiple FDA workstreams.
• Design and implement test automation strategy and oversee automation coverage.
• Validate releases meet regulatory criteria for accuracy and readiness for UAT and production deployment.
• Provide defect visibility to PMO and stakeholders and escalate risks promptly.
