Job summary

Kinsa Group is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager for a growing food and ingredient manufacturer in the Greater Chicago area.

You will lead quality and food safety programs across multiple locations, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and FSMA. You will strengthen CAPA, supplier quality, and customer-specific requirements, partnering with production to manage specs, product release, and cost-effective quality improvements while leading QA teams across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GFSI, FSMA, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with FSVP, CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality documentation systems.
• Proven ability to partner with production teams and manage customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and food safety programs across multiple locations.
• Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen CAPA, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Manage supplier quality and FSVP programs.
• Serve as customer-facing quality leader for investigations and communications.
