Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking a senior QA leader to oversee the GLP quality assurance program for preclinical safety and toxicology testing at the Concord site. You will manage QA personnel, coordinate audits, and ensure FDA GLP standards across facilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory interaction, and cross-functional teamwork to maintain high quality and compliance in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum five years of GLP experience in preclinical safety/toxicology with regulators.
• Strong leadership, communication, multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team to peak performance and effectiveness.
• Drive risk-based QA strategy and improve processes.
• Plan and supervise audits/inspections of studies, equipment and facilities.
• Host site inspections by government agencies and sponsors.
• Assess GLP compliance across sites and contractors.
• Prepare SOPs and summarize QA activities for management.
• Coordinate GLP training and ensure budget adherence.
