You will drive adoption of AI-generated test cases, self-healing automation, and predictive analysis, while partnering with senior leadership on roadmaps and best practices to improve release accuracy and software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of QA/testing experience.
• Proven leadership in quality initiatives and strategic planning.
• Experience with AI-powered QA methods like automated test creation and visual regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve scalability and maintainability of test frameworks.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to automate test case generation and self-healing automation scripts.
• Define organizational quality standards and measurable attributes.
• Lead innovation in testing strategies and automation practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmaps and best practices.
• Champion early QA involvement and drive quality culture.
• Define and monitor quality KPIs across projects.
• Conduct risk-based testing and prioritize efforts based on business impact.
• Represent QA in cross-functional planning and architecture discussions.
