M&S Consulting is seeking a Software Testing Manager to lead the platform and AI testing program for Salesforce and Agentforce, ensuring end-to-end quality and a robust testing strategy for an automated contact center solution.

This dedicated role oversees test teams, aligns with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory standards while driving continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/testing including leadership of a test team.
• Hands-on testing of Salesforce apps and AI outputs.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification in good standing.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in IS/CS; public trust suitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the software and AI testing program for Salesforce/Agentforce.
• Define and enforce quality gates in the release pipeline.
• Lead, mentor, and assign coverage to testers; review artifacts and defects.
• Coordinate with IT, Content, Operations, QA and prime contractor for AI improvement.
• Maintain test plans and traceability to the PWS; report metrics.
