Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a senior QA consultant to help clients improve QA and test processes, create test concepts, estimate efforts, track plans, and lead QA teams across distributed locations. You will design and deliver QA trainings, support presales with QA know-how, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 10+ years in end-to-end test management, strong scripting in Java/C#/Python/JavaScript, and hands-on automation with tools such as Selenium and UFT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on consulting in end-to-end test management and QA process implementation.
• Strong scripting in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
• Experience with multiple automation tools and frameworks including Selenium, UFT and others.

Responsibilities

• Consult our customers to improve QA; advise on test approaches, planning and resource allocation.
• Create test concepts, estimate test efforts, track test plans, ensure progress and evaluate results.
• Lead QA teams on-site and at distributed locations.
• Conceive and deliver trainings on QA topics.
• Support presales activities with QA know-how including building and maintaining customer relationships and scaling new lines of business.
