Job summary

Client Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to lead testing across enterprise applications.

The role owns test planning and execution for manual, regression, and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on expanding automation using Playwright. The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years of QA experience, deep SQL skills, and hands-on testing across web platforms, plus experience in Agile/Scrum environments and modern testing tools.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of software QA experience with web and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on manual and regression testing experience.
• Experience developing automated tests using Playwright or similar modern frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills, including creating, modifying, and executing queries.
• Understanding of ETL processing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management and defect-tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence quality practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy, test planning, and execution for assigned applications.
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Build and maintain automated test coverage using Playwright, focusing on high-risk and critical user workflows.
• Identify, document, troubleshoot, and validate defects in partnership with development teams.
• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support test data planning and validation across environments.
• Help modernize regression testing through reusable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Communicate testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, tools, and standards.
