Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist III for a 4-month contract based in Monterey, Tennessee. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of prior experience in the pipeline or facility construction industry; at least three years of field construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of escalation for quality issues within the Quality Management department.
• Monitor project investigations.
• Update Construction SharePoint site with specification update notifications.
• Monitor and maintain distributed Operator Qualification (OQ) notifications.
• Analyze construction quality data from audit logs, nonconformance logs, and PHMSA audits.
• Conduct field Process Assessments and assist with field PHMSA document audits.
• Lead Specialist of Construction Quality meetings.
• Lead training for new Quality team members.
• Ensure proper training has been provided to new Construction Quality Personnel.
• Assist in reviewing Supply Chain Vendor Data Documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Operational/Regulatory Compliance, Administration Services, Pipeline Integrity, Design, and Supply Chain.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and advocate for resources.
• Represent the department at conferences and report back on meetings.
