Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.
• RN with current state licensure and ACLS required; OCN/SoCRA/ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility and enroll eligible patients in trials.
• Coordinate patient care, ensure protocol compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Review adverse events, dosing, and protocol changes with the care team.
• Manage billing guides and report protocol activity and research financials.
• Train staff, develop SOPs, and lead QA projects for audit readiness.
