Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific field required.
• Minimum five years of clinical/scientific experience, preferably oncology.
• SoCRA/ACRP certification preferred or equivalent credentials.
• Nursing option: RN with BSN preferred, current state licensure.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and GCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for protocol eligibility and present trial concepts.
• Coordinate care and document protocol adherence and adverse events.
• Perform accurate data collection, entry, and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory documents per SOP and applicable regs.
• Educate clinic staff on clinical research processes.
• Collaborate with physicians and site leadership on study processes.
