Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a QA Test Lead focused on operational technology systems for electric distribution and transmission solutions, including ADMS, EMS, OMS, and DERMS. You will lead QA efforts for mission-critical utility applications, ensuring quality across integrated grid platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, coordinating with vendors, delivering automated testing frameworks, and driving QA best practices to improve efficiency and product

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the electric utility industry
• 10+ years QA or equivalent with at least 4 years QA Lead on implementation projects
• Experience with ADMS/OMS/SCADA/EMS vendor systems such as OSI Monarch, GE Reliance, GE GridOS, Oracle NMS
• Experience across SDLC including waterfall and agile
• Hands-on in QA methods: unit, integration, regression, UAT, performance, and automation
• Strong PM and organizational skills; excellent communication; ability to work independently
• US citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SE or equivalent QA role

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of software from project delivery teams; prepare test strategies; advocate QA best practices
• Coordinate testing across multiple vendors; deliver test strategy, plan, status, and risk reports
• Develop and maintain automated testing framework for products; improve test processes and team efficiency
• Provide QA coverage reports and detailed defect reports to stakeholders
