Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA, data warehouse, ETL, or data quality testing experience.
• Significant Snowflake experience.
• Strong ETL and ELT testing experience.
• Data migration and source to target reconciliation experience.
• Experience validating data transformations and business rules.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• QA leadership or mentoring experience.
• Agile and Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for data engineering and analytics projects.
• Develop and execute test plans for data pipelines and platforms.
• Perform ETL and ELT testing and backend data validation.
• Validate data transformations, business rules, and data integrity.
• Develop source to target reconciliation for data migrations.
• Perform data quality testing across large datasets.
• Write SQL queries to validate data and investigate discrepancies.
• Support test automation using Snowflake and other tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior QA resources.
