Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in QA, auditing, or quality governance roles.
• Experience with client-facing or offshore delivery models.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO, or industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits and escalation checks.
• Deliver weekly/monthly governance reports and insights.
• Mentor junior QA analysts within the offshore team.
