You will facilitate UAT, end-to-end testing, and impact analysis, coordinating testing activities with stakeholders and managing test environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Test Lead experience in a structured testing environment.
• 5-8 years of hands-on testing experience in the banking domain, supporting Commercial Credit.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale testing efforts across multiple projects and systems within the Commercial Credit Technology domain.
• Develop detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and manage defect tracking to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and impact analysis on features and stories.
• Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders, manage test environments, and create comprehensive test metrics and reports.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior testing team members, supporting continuous improvement in testing processes.
