McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a QA Inspector III to coordinate quality-related activities, sample incoming raw materials, and support audits. The role reports to a Team Manager and emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

You will ensure documentation, participate in investigations, and help uphold product and process quality, with opportunities for growth and a stable, full-time position in a global leader in flavor.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs and GLPs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Color vision required to detect color differences.
• Ability to obtain forklift driving certification.

Responsabilidades

• Samples/resamples incoming materials for testing/acceptance.
• Samples/resamples materials requested for failures or shelf life extensions.
• Works with warehouse/receiving to sample bulk receipts.
• Generates quality documentation for raw materials receipt.
• Performs quality tests as per inspection plans.
• Enters Quality Notifications for rejected materials and tracks tasks.
• Reviews labels for Kosher Certification requirements.
• Supports investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Participates in internal and external quality audits.
