Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Quality and Assurance Engineer to support our government customer in Chantilly, VA. This full-time role requires leading QA efforts, developing and executing tests, and ensuring software reliability and security compliance.

The candidate will design test plans, write test scripts, perform automated and manual tests, and document defects while establishing QA processes aligned with sponsor standards. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using knowledge management and code repositories including Github, Gitlab, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts ensuring reliability and performance of software products throughout the SDLC.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute automated and manual tests.
• Document defects and track their resolution.
• Establish QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with Sponsor security and quality standards.
