Job summary

Hudl is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to own end-to-end quality for the North American Sports product team. You will lead risk-based testing, design scalable validation across UI, APIs, and data pipelines, and implement automated checks with Playwright.

You’ll mentor teammates, set high quality standards, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience across full stack (API, backend, data-heavy systems, frontend validation)
• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Playwright and languages like Python or TypeScript
• Ability to lead testing initiatives end-to-end and reduce production risk
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to root-cause analysis
• Experience mentoring teammates and driving quality discussions in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
