Job summary

Cerebras Systems Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to design automated test frameworks, validate cloud-based AI inference services, and ensure system reliability.

You will implement functional, integration, and performance tests using Python, Java, Selenium, REST APIs, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS). You will triage defects, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4 years of QA experience.
• Experience designing automated test frameworks and validating cloud-based AI inference services.
• Proficient in Java, Selenium, REST API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks and execute software validation for cloud-based inference services.
• Plan, implement, and run functional, integration, regression, and performance tests for AI/ML systems within CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python integrated with Jenkins and cloud environments such as AWS/Kubernetes.
• Perform system, API, and data validation testing to ensure data integrity and end-to-end pipeline reliability.
• Monitor system performance and latency, analyze results to ensure optimal performance of distributed AI systems.
• Triage defects, perform root cause analysis, and debug issues across distributed cloud systems.
• Document test plans, test cases, results, and defects; track issues with Jira or Rally.
