Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality efforts for hardware, mobile, and autonomous product experiences in a fast-moving environment. This hands-on role balances technical depth with operational discipline and leverages AI-enabled tooling to strengthen test efficiency and quality insights.

You will own test planning, regression coverage, and validation, and coordinate QA programs across mobile platforms while partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA for hardware/mobile/autonomous products.
• Mobile app testing on Android and iOS (Appium/Espresso).
• Ability to write test automation code in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• FAA Part 107 Certificate or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Experience with AI tools for test setup and defect analysis.
• Familiarity with QA tools like Qase and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily flight testing for regression, acceptance, and validation
• Define and execute comprehensive test plans for new software features
• Coordinate QA programs and optimize testing workflows
• Enforce bug reporting standards to streamline issue resolution
• Manage regression testing suites across mobile platforms and connected device workflows
• Implement AI-driven automation tooling for testing processes
• Track and analyze quality metrics to optimize testing focus
• Maintain device inventory and internal QA environments
