In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to define advanced testing strategies and lead automation across platforms in Irvine, CA. You will mentor QA staff and partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive QA experience, including leadership of test automation and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Agile/Scrum Certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement advanced test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies
• Lead development and scaling of automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct advanced performance, security, and accessibility testing
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA team members and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead defect management processes and ensure enterprise-level tracking and reporting
• Drive continuous QA process improvements and innovation
