Senior QA Engineer, Full remote, long time cooperation on IČO, Crypto

• We are looking for Senior QA Engineer for automation and manual testing for interesting international project with crypto business in the scope
• You will work for top international company, well-known brand, successful, financially strong and stable
• You are joining the project team, as the key member of the agile delivery team, supporting the future development and improvement of the existing product, which is in production for afew years already
• Major development occurs on backend side, which is created using Python. Primary tasks are related to crypto currency specifics accommodation to calculate proper balance reports
• Full remote work with some occasional presence in company office in Prague
• Work in Agile methodology
• Start date: ASAP or upon agreement, possible to star for part time
• Working language is English
• Your price: 8000-10000 CZK/MD, based on your knowledge and experience level
• We pay your invoice within 3 working days

• Analyze business requirements to provide estimates on testing effort and build test plans
• Collaborate with the technical team and team leaders on defining requirements, prioritizing, estimating, and executing testing activities
• Build and execute test plans across various Data Strategy technologies including Azure Synapse and PowerBI
• Implement testing and quality control best practices, focusing on automation and integration testing
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using C#/Python for testing purposes.
• Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps for automated testing processes
• Ensure proficiency in using Selenium and SpecFlow for creating and managing automated test case.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Senior experience in QA positions, QA Analyst/Engineer, Senior Automation Tester
• Development of automation scripts using C# and Python.
• Test plans, test cases for Azure Synapse/Data Factory or DataBricks, systems integration testing, API testing (REST and SOAP)
• Selenium and SpecFlow
• CI/CD processes for automated testing using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• SQL with experience in building/running queries in SQL Server
• Big data processes, including Data Ingestion, Data Analysis, Data Curation, and Data Pipelines.
• Quality checks and automated testing frameworks for big data processes
• Working knowledge of big data storage types such as Delta and Parquet
• Nice to have is your experience in Team leading in QA activities, as well as your experience with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure
• Focus on getting things done
• Regular working time: Minimum till 6pm, nice to have till 7pm CET
