Job summary

As a testing expert, you will mentor teammates, partner with Engineering, Product and Design, and advocate for reliability and performance at every delivery stage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience across full stack (API, backend, data-heavy systems)
• Hands-on automation experience using Playwright and languages like Python or TypeScript
• Proven track record leading testing initiatives and reducing production risk
• Ability to design risk-based testing strategies and drive quality in scrum ceremonies
• Comfort collaborating with Engineering, Product and Design while mentoring teammates
• Experience using AI tools for test-case creation, failure diagnosis and documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives and drive strategy within the squad
• Design and execute tests across UI, APIs, back-end services, and data pipelines
• Automate with Playwright and scripting for reliable checks
• Mentor teammates and raise quality standards across the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to hire and develop the team
