Job summary

Hudl is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to own end-to-end quality for the North American Sports product team. You’ll craft automation strategies, run tests across UI, APIs and data pipelines, and drive quality discussions within a cross-functional squad.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, and help raise the bar for reliability and performance while supporting remote work from various US states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience with automation.
• Automation frameworks like Playwright and languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Own quality for a squad and drive end-to-end testing initiatives.
• Root-cause analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance testing concepts and tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Interest in sports tech with passion for basketball, football or hockey.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives with risk-based testing strategies.
