Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software quality assurance with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building or scaling QA functions in product or systems.
• Strong background in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience testing .NET Framework-based applications and API testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices; GovTech exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and align with product and engineering goals across systems and releases.
• Build and scale QA function with emphasis on automation and continuous improvement.
• Drive test automation within CI/CD pipelines using modern tools.
• Provide technical oversight for API, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop QA professionals; foster accountability and growth.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality across the lifecycle.
• Identify quality risks early and report metrics on release readiness.
