Qualifications

• Five years of software QA or quality engineering experience.
• Ability to design detailed test cases and risk-based coverage.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and modern testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and design: define acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Manual, exploratory, and regression testing across web apps and APIs.
• Build and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests.
• Use AI-assisted tools for test design and automation scaffolding.
• Validate data with SQL across PostgreSQL/Snowflake/SQL Server.
• Integrate tests into Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Document defects, reproduce issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Create repeatable test data and environments for parallel runs.
• Communicate results, risks, and coverage clearly to teams.
• Shift-left collaboration to improve observability and testability.
