Job summary

MDM Technology, part of the Dun & Bradstreet family, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to design and maintain test plans for enterprise-grade MDM solutions. You will own automation for UI, API and performance tests, and drive QA metrics across multi-tier data-driven apps in a fast-paced agile setting.

The role emphasizes AI-powered testing practices, collaboration, and continuous process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to release quality and reliability across integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years QA experience testing web applications.
• Expertise in API and Integration Testing, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks and tools such as Postman, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, PowerShell or Java.
• Familiarity with AI-powered quality engineering tools for testing, maintenance, defect analysis and productivity improvements.
• Experience with Agile development and test management tools like Jira, Zephyr Scale, Confluence and Harness.
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to ensure product quality in a fast-paced, agile environment. Take ownership of testing of new features, bug fixes and enhancements. Write and execute tests and perform data validation for multi-tiered, data-driven applications.
• Write and maintain automated UI, API and performance tests to enhance existing test suites and ensure application and environment stability.
• Proactively drive quality through collaboration, process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Support the product team during product deployments to ensure flawless releases with high quality.
• Own QA activities including functional and regression testing.
• Define and track QA metrics such as defects and test status for product validation.
• Create and maintain project test plans and document problems and resolutions.
• Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrate into business processes.
• Leverage automation to increase efficiency and stability across applications.
