Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in complaint investigations ensuring timely, compliant execution.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members via training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain audit readiness and support inspections and audit tours.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and recommend quality improvements.
