Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our QA automation and manual testing teams in Boston. The role focuses on ensuring software quality and reliability through modern testing practices and scalable automation frameworks.

The Senior QA Manager will oversee CI/CD integrated automation, drive test data management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust test plans and scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with focus on automated and manual testing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing testing teams.
• Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers.
• Develop scalable automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend systems.
• Drive automation coverage for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Champion CI/CD integrated automation and test data management.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, product owners and QA teams to translate requirements into test plans and automated scenarios.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing across projects and releases.
• Monitor and report quality metrics and release quality.
