Job summary

You will establish quality standards, design testing strategies, and oversee test plans, automation, and defect tracking across complex SDLC projects.

The role requires strong experience in CMMI-like environments, test automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure defect-free system delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Certified Tester – Advanced Level desired.
• 8–15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users, and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring hardware and operating environments for testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams as a senior QA resource across the SDLC.
• Create master test plans, testing strategy, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Lead test case reviews, design reviews, and changes control activities.
• Document and report issues, oversee resolutions, and implement QA procedures.
• Produce test metrics and oversee production verification and quality validation.
