Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable test automation across web, mobile, API, and performance testing domains. You will partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QA to embed quality throughout the SDLC and drive automation maturity.

You will lead automation strategy for digital experiences, contribute to release readiness, and mentor junior engineers in automation best practices within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software quality engineering experience, including at least 5 years hands-on automation engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks in enterprise environments.
• Experience mentoring team members and promoting automation adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and related technologies.
• Create and maintain automated tests across web, mobile, API, integration, and end-to-end testing domains.
• Develop reusable automation assets, utilities, libraries, and testing patterns that improve efficiency and maintainability.
• Implement automation standards and best practices that support reliable and scalable test execution.
• Develop automation for Little Caesars digital experiences, including web ordering, mobile apps, APIs, payments, store systems, and omnichannel integrations.
• Support release validation for menu, pricing, promotions, loyalty, commerce, payment, and operational platform capabilities.
• Integrate automated testing, API validation, and performance testing into Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop performance testing solutions using K6 and analyze results with engineering teams.
• Mentor QA Engineers on automation frameworks, tool usage, and engineering best practices.
