Job summary

OneStream is hiring a Senior Software QA Automation Engineer I to join a remote US-based team. You will architect and maintain automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, RestSharp, and Appium, while leading CI/CD automation initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor automation engineers, develop reusable libraries, and drive improvements in test coverage and process efficiency within an Azure cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or IT-related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years programming experience is required.
• 5 years building automation tools for web applications.
• Experience with C#, Selenium, RestSharp, SQL, Azure, and GIT.
• Strong OOP, Azure cloud experience, and CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test automation leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using C#, Selenium, RestSharp, Appium, and related tech.
• Lead automation framework development and CI/CD automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and testers to ensure quality.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and drive mitigation strategies.
• Mentor automation engineers and conduct peer code reviews.
• Consolidate test metrics and report quality benchmarks.
• Support Business Analysts and testing teams with automation challenges.
• Drive process improvements across the SDLC.
