Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in Hartford, CT, is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our testing of complex robotics software. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium, with a strong emphasis on backend API testing and database validation.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in QA, expert Java/OOP skills, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and AI-driven test automation.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing using Playwright and Selenium.
Strong technical expertise in Core Java, OOPs, and Data Structures, with the ability to work with multiple programming languages.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and enhancing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Strong experience in SQL Server and database testing, with knowledge of MySQL.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA principles.
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, BDD, Cucumber, SpecFlow, and TDD.
Expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, and Performance Testing.
Hands-on experience in Backend API Test Automation and database testing.
Mandatory knowledge of AI and GenAI, including exposure to AI-driven tools for test automation and their integration into QA processes.
