Job summary

Mitratech is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our global team. You will drive automated and manual testing across our software stack, using Playwright and Typescript, while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate test creation and analysis.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment, perform non-functional testing, and mentor others to raise test quality and coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance (manual and automated).
• Experience with Playwright and Typescript.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools to accelerate test creation/analysis.
• Strong SQL skills for data verification.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Git and CI/CD proficiency; ADO pipeline knowledge a plus.
• Experience with non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Use latest technology stack and think creatively to develop testing solutions.
• Create quality, reusable automated test code reducing manual testing.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing on features developed by the Agile team.
• Collaborate with the product manager and scrum team to deliver high‑quality features on time.
• Mentor and upskill team members across boundaries as appropriate.
• Challenge Acceptance Criteria and Test Coverage consistently.
• Contribute to a culture of high quality, ownership and customer-focused execution.
