Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Software QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing solutions across web applications, APIs, messaging systems, and production environments. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and release teams in a fast-paced Agile setting in Ann Arbor, MI.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of QA experience, strong Java automation, API testing, and CI/CD practice, with hands-on work in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience, preferably within Agile development environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development and automation experience.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools including Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cucumber/Gherkin, Java.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of user stories by defining testing strategies and estimates.
• Design, document, and maintain test strategies, plans, and scenarios.
• Develop and execute automated and manual testing across units, integration, acceptance, load, security, and performance.
