Ready is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own quality for a modern Full Stack loan origination platform. From day one you will join the development team (Shift Left) and build testing infrastructure to ship with confidence.

This 100% remote role is based in Mexico and requires strong English communication with US stakeholders. You will drive automated testing across front-end and back-end (C#/.NET) and collaborate closely with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead the comprehensive QA strategy for the entire Full Stack platform (Front-End with , Backend with C#/.NET and integrations).
• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration and End-to-End (E2E) scenarios.
• Define and enforce Quality Gates within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that no version is released without meeting established quality standards.
• Lead test coverage for critical third-party integrations, including Credit Bureaus and fraud prevention providers.
• Validate REST API contracts, Retry Logic, Idempotency and Edge Case handling.

• Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Story Grooming and Design Reviews to identify risks and quality issues before development begins.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to align QA practices with overall engineering standards.
• Act as the voice of quality within the team, representing the end user perspective and ensuring the integrity of the platform.
• Serve as a bridge between the Nearshore team and stakeholders in the United States, ensuring smooth communication in English.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar tools.
• Use AI-Assisted Testing tools to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Manage test environments, Test Data Management and QA-related documentation.

Senior QA Automation Engineer+ Inglés

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the quality of a modern Full Stack loan origination platform. This is not a traditional QA role; you will be part of the development team from the start (Shift Left), detecting problems early and building the testing infrastructure that allows us to deliver software with confidence. From day one you will have direct responsibility for a high-visibility project.

Responsabilidades

1. Lead the comprehensive QA strategy for the entire Full Stack platform (Front-End with , Backend with C#/.NET and integrations).

2. Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration and End-to-End (E2E) scenarios.

3. Define and enforce Quality Gates within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that no version is released without meeting established quality standards.

4. Lead test coverage for critical third-party integrations, including Credit Bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion), Dealer Systems (DealerTrack and RouteOne) and fraud prevention and verification providers.

Technical Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in QA

Conditions
