Job summary

Tixy is seeking a Sr CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) QA Automation Engineer to join a hybrid team in Kansas City and Dallas. You will lead functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for Dynamics 365 CRM and Oracle Fusion ERP, while shaping test strategy and automation across CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in QA Automation, hands-on UI/API testing, and experience with Tosca, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Jira-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in QA Automation roles.
• Experience in testing complex MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing) and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, or Oracle Fusion).
• Exposure to Tosca, TestComplete, or other commercial test automation platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
• Experience with test reporting dashboards, test metrics, and defect tracking tools like Jira, Zephyr or qTest.
• Good understanding of version control using Git or similar VCS.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, smoke, integrations, regression and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing) and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
• Develop test plans and manage test execution using tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, or similar.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and DevOps to integrate testing in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Conduct test case reviews, identify test coverage gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Execute and monitor automated tests; triage test failures and report defects with clear steps to reproduce.
• Ensure test environments are maintained and configured for optimal performance.
