Job summary

Martinexsa USA is seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions for web applications and software systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cypress or Selenium, develop scalable test frameworks, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams throughout the SDLC.

The role focuses on building end-to-end, integration, and regression tests, validating REST APIs, and integrating tests into CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA with emphasis on test automation.
• Hands-on with Cypress or Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Experience testing web apps and REST APIs.
• Experience CI/CD integration.
• Solid Git and version control knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web apps and APIs.
• Build automation frameworks with Cypress or Selenium.
• Execute E2E, integration, regression, and functional tests.
• Identify and track defects.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to define test strategies.
• Validate API functionality and data integrity.
• Analyze results and improve flaky tests.
• Participate in code reviews and QA standards.
• Expand test coverage and reduce manual testing.
• Support release validation and report quality risks.
