Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. through Experis seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. The role supports cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment on-site in Grand Rapids.

You will review code for testability, analyze root causes, and collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps to improve testing. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in Agile automation, strong Python and Robot Framework skills, and expertise in API

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester.
• Proficiency in automation using Robot Framework and Python.
• Extensive experience in API testing and validation.
• Proven expertise in database testing using SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and test management using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Review application code to enhance testability and ensure long-term maintainability.
